We often get the question, “Can I use my insurance?”
We are out-of-network providers. We would rather dedicate our time to provide care for our patients than spend time calling insurance to cover your care. Even though we are out of network, you can still utilize your insurance! We will provide you the necessary paperwork to submit to your health insurance provider. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.
Forms of payments
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept multiple forms of payment which includes cash, check, Debit/Credit Cards, Health Saving Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Receipt
The paperwork you receive is called a Superbill which is a detailed receipt of the services provided which is recognized by a majority of insurance companies. Once you received your Superbill, send it to your insurance company for them to send you a reimbursement check.
